Room Options

Your bedroom comes fully furnished with an extra long twin bed, chair, desk, dresser and bookshelves. Choose from three room sizes: double, single or double (single occupancy). Each room is wired for phone, cable TV and Internet.

The common living room you'll share with suite mates is furnished with a couch, chairs, coffee table and study table. Bring posters, houseplants, small apartment refrigerators, and whatever else will help you feel at home. Please leave Fido at home - we don't allow pets.

We use the answers from your rental application to match you with students who share similar interests and lifestyle. If conflicts arise we will make every effort to move you or your roommate to another room.

All the suites are same sex. The buildings, however, are coed. The suite across the hall may be occupied by the opposite sex, but they have no direct access to your suite.
